Ventajas

Randy Sr. came around and made us know we were his people. Working at this dealership, I always felt that I was working at the best dealership. The facilities were always amazing and we were family-not just co-workers as big as the dealership is. I learned how to step out of my shell and do things I never knew I could do as a female, in a male dominated service industry. I was empowered and I empowered my customers which led to a long lasting customer relationship built on trust.

Desventajas

Not really a con-it is just part of the auto world...but you work long hours but were always accommodated.

management has a sense of humor, good culture, tries to get you more income

Desventajas

full commission, Minis are more common than not, management tends to favoritise. Dog Eat Dog. No work-life balance
