Ventajas
Randstad is an awesome company to work for! If you are dedicated and good at what you do at Randstad, they are quick to recognize that through promotion, recognition, prizes and compensation. The working hours are good so there is an expectation that you get your work done during business hours by working hard and efficiently. Desventajas
The internal database/actvitiy tracking is not as quick as I’d like to document activities efficiently or pull reports in real time. I hear they are coming out with a new one this year though!
