Ventajas
Fully distributed, virtual environment with 90% of people working from the location of their choice, and with significant flexibility in schedule. Highly meritocratic structure with opportunity for rapid advancement for people who are skilled and dedicated. Shared success, with revenue / profit sharing for many roles that are not typically included (e.g. entire project delivery team). Not hierarchical - team members are consulted on many key initiatives and anyone can call the CEO to ask for advice or help. Very talented, exceptionally bright teammates. Massive market opportunity with relatively little competition, and a truly unique set of services.
Desventajas
It's a boutique - most people haven't heard of it, even within the industry. The business model has weathered 12 years of growth and profit but scale is still challenging, because so much of the business relies on trusted client relationships and exceptionally talented people to grow the business / deliver the services. And flexibility has its downsides - you can't leave work behind at the office at 5PM and you need to self-motivate without someone looking over your shoulder.
