Ventajas
Really nice line managers except they aren’t allowed to line manage by the directors because the directors just go over their heads. Really lovely and friendly team.
Desventajas
Directors go over line managers heads if they say staff are too busy. Too little pay, too much work. Far too much of a stressful environment. Too much work and not enough time to do it in. Directors making unreasonable promises to clients which the staff then have to deal with when they’re already busy and stressed. No work life balance. They say take your breaks between surveys but there’s no time to do that because there’s too much work to do. I’ve given a 1 star for senior management about the directors only. I can’t fault the seniors or line managers. Very hesitant to promote people or give them fair pay rises for good work. Not allowed to talk about salary - leads me to believe different people being paid different rates for the same job.
