      Ventajas

      The pros are the pay and the work hours and some nice people

      Desventajas

      The sterile processing department is not a place for a well trained person in sterile processing. If you are new to sterile processing it’s great. And the two ladies in the department are not that easy to work with. Carla is a control freak and the other lady just kind of fallow her lead.

      Guranteed 1 hr lunch breaks most days

      Desventajas

      Using your own earned accumulated PTO hours to take off company holidays where the buisiness is closed. Cannot opt to be unpaid holidays even though the establishment is closed. The turnover rate is just astounding. Too many patients and doctors. You are working NON stop. It's extremely overwhelming.
