The leadership in the SLC office is a collective "shoulder shrug" when anyone has an issue that needs to be escalated. Most of the devs are junior. The systems team is 2 or 3 people (not nearly enough). And nothing seems to get done in tech. Just endless, pointless projects that don't make any money but cost a lot.
