Ventajas
Work culture is solid now. Allison and Jim have done a good job of making it part of the fabric of the company. Pretty smart, fun people to work with. Lots of parties and conferences that keep you connected to others in the industry. For a tech company has VERY good work/life balance.
Desventajas
Even though G was a terrible person, since he was ousted the company has lost its vision. I think Bill is a good person, but he's not a visionary. He is, by trade, a CFO. RadiumOne has not innovated and kept up with the market since Bill took the reins. It will keep doing the thing it's doing well and hopefully get bought.
