Scorecard can be a make it or break it when it comes to monthly bonuses. If you don't continually cross train, you don't have the potential to set new goals.
Most employees tend to get along with each other, you make good connections. Other departments seems to have good work life balance and low stress, but not all departments are like that. They provide snacks and drinks for free.

The working hours for the Tox department vary greatly. You could be leaving early one day and working 12+ hours the next. I’ve worked 14-15 hour shifts on multiple occasion with no warning. The supervisor only occasionally stays with the team when overtime occurs. If you have literally any commitments outside of work I would not recommend working here. The leadership also frequently yells at staff in the lab department. Mistakes are often handled by yelling at staff in front of peers whenever leadership feels stressed. This created a fairly hostel environment and experience. Upper management frequently changes policies to benefit themselves, expectations are frequently changed and hard to meet.
