Ventajas

They do spend a decent amount of time with training new employees and the people who work with in general are all good people. Work was pretty flexible in terms of getting days off as long as you put in a request in advance. There were also remote work opportunities once you worked for a specific amount of time, which was pretty good.

Desventajas

There was a lot of micro-managing and I felt like even if I took a minute to myself, I was called out. The calls were really hard because you are located in DE but you were making calls for NY. The people in NY are different and are more rough around the edges so talking with them on the phone was stressful and traumatic. I had to make around 50-60 calls a day and that was really hard.

Ventajas

Pros: Coworkers were supportive and did their best to keep things running under difficult circumstances. You gain experience quickly because you’re often forced to figure things out on your own.

Desventajas

Cons: There is a significant lack of management and leadership. Communication is inconsistent, expectations are unclear, and support from management is minimal. Issues are often left unresolved, and employees are expected to manage situations without proper guidance or direction. This creates a stressful and disorganized work environment where responsibilities can feel unclear and accountability is lacking. Training and onboarding are also limited, which makes it difficult for new employees to feel confident in their role. Advice to Future Employees: Be prepared to be highly self-sufficient. If you need structure, consistent guidance, or strong leadership, this may not be the right environment.
