Ever since I joined the company over a year ago, the famous "Racker culture" has been going downhill. It used to be about "work hard, play hard", but the "play" part has gone out window. Either our security experts are completely not qualified, or there's another unstated reason and our core value of "transparency" is completely dead. Rackspace is trying to grow into a big company, and they're stumbling hard. They're throwing out a lot of the good and replacing it with directives coming from inexperienced managers.
