Your shift normally consists of walking around very bored for extended hours. The management is very strict that every box from the bottom to the top of the shelf is perfectly in line. All shoes must face the correct way, all laces tied a certain way, and all shoes in the correct spot. This is somewhat difficult considering they expect you to talk to every customer in your section and help them while doing all cleaning aspects. This job is overall boring and really is a pain. They will not work with you on your hours, and schedule you for days and times it's very hard for you to work. Upon getting the job no other staff was helpful. Nobody explains how to clock in, where the schedule is or anything like that.
