Ventajas
Having spent 6 years in a management role in my previous employment, feeling much like a 'jack of all trades - master of none' and greatly under-valued, it was extremely refreshing to come to work for Racelogic where I could focus on one of my key strengths, and be given the opportunity to excel at it.
This is a company that does not simply look at a person on paper. They take the time during the interview process to understand the person’s abilities, strengths and weaknesses, and see how they can fit in with the vision and strategy of the company. Having been hired to focus on one area, it is also good that Racelogic make good use of my other skills from time to time too, whilst actively encouraging/promoting self-development.
Racelogic has a very friendly feel, believing that their employees should have a work/life balance, and are also very supportive in challenging situations.
Desventajas
I do feel that sometimes the communication of the visions of the 'end-goal' of projects could be improved upon.
