Friendly colleagues, long/frequent breaks, Early Friday finish. Respectable work with decent incentives
Desventajas
- Mismanagement from the higher-ups is appalling. Multiple times I asked for help or for certain things and never received it. Told how to pitch differently by so many different people making it difficult to understand what to do. - Training was jagged and unfinished and was just shoved onto the role with no real guidance - Managers claim they talk to you individually to help you but not once I was brought aside on ways I could improve, had to seek help out myself to make any progress. All for them to say you're not performing to (unrealistic) standards - Work environment is at times unprofessional. Unnecessary shouting and highschool behaviour where the managers try and bully and intimidate you
