Ventajas

-I loved the people -When times are good (economy wise and season wise), you can make very good money -You will learn communication/people skills, and how to sell -As long as you're selling you can get away with a lot for the most part (being on your phone, taking long lunches, sleeping in a camper, etc.)

Desventajas

-You will work every weekend and your days off -The shows are brutal (expect to work 60 hours in 5 days, on your feet constantly) -Very difficult to make sales during a recession -When you don't make sales, you do not make money. It's a draw pay plan and the longer you go with no sales, the deeper you go into the "hole". It can take months to start seeing money again at this point. -No job security- I have seen people get fired during the slow season and when they go too deep in the hole -You are expected to use your cell phone for this job, and you're not compensated for it -If something needs to be fixed on a unit, service will subtract it from your commission to pay for the repair. I've had at least 10,000$ stolen from me because of this -Payroll is constantly inaccurate. You constantly have to watch how much they're paying you for each deal, because if you don't, they will short you. I quit almost a month ago now and I'm still owed money. -They make you feel guilty for taking PTO -Not a whole lot of room to move up
