Desventajas

There is no trust left here. After dedicating years to Rosalind, I’ve come to realize that the more you look into how things are handled, the more incompetence and negligence you start to uncover. Financial instability, non existing payments, and a lack of transparency from leadership have eroded the foundations that made this a place worth working.

Ventajas

You'll have the opportunity to work independently and will be largely self-directed. It's good for the self-starter who is looking to have new professional experiences.

Desventajas

The CEO is one of the most dishonest people I've ever met. Most of the things I was told in the recruiting phase that attracted me to Rosalind ended up being untrue. The software platform has a lot of problems and there doesn't seem to be the proper organizational resources nor strategic direction to fix it. Additionally, the company has a forfeited status with the FTB in the state of California for failure to file taxes (look for yourself by doing a business search on the California Secretary of State website) and I'm personally aware of active collections against the company at the time of this writing (June 2024). The company has no dedicated personnel for HR, finance, nor marketing, which should raise some serious red flags about the health and values of the organization.
