Ventajas
•Great starting hourly wage of 21/hr •Management isn't uptight, rude and doesn't micromanage •Safety is very important •Great flexible work schedule •Offer day shifts and night shifts, which ever is more convenient for you •$150 voucher for a new pair of Redwing boots if you're hired. There is so much more, Rockwool truly is the best place I've been and that's legit truth
Desventajas
•12 hour shifts, sometimes can seem long, but still manageable •Insulation is a bit itchy/irritating to the skin •Sometimes will hire lazy, unmotivated people who do bare minimum until they quit or get fired •I've personally seen some favoritism. Honestly everything I've mentioned, very minor. I really had a hard time thinking of any sort of "cons"
