The pay is alright compared to manufacturers in Jefferson county, but compared to the area as a whole they are on the lower end.
Desventajas
HR does not do their job. Come to them with a problem and they give you the number for a hotline you can call where someone off site will attempt to help you. It makes simple things like trying to get information about benefits a huge headache. Management lies through their teeth regularly and incompetence is the norm. Machines breakdown for months due to lack of preventative maintenance and communication. There is an iron curtain between the hourly employees and the management team, you will only hear from them if there is a problem - and usually long after it should have been addressed in the first place. "Over-promised and under-delivered" sums it all up pretty well.
