The company doesn't provide any software or analytical tool for market research and all research is done only through the search engines. There's no training or guidance about the latest market research tools and techniques for freshers and you'll end up being at the same level as that of a fresher even after spending six months or an entire year here. Never expect timely or respectable appraisal even if you die working for them. Employees sit in the basement, which is like an enclosure. There's hardly any growth opportunity for freshers as well as experienced employees. Boss intimidates and abuses employees. Salary is never credited on time and sometimes we get it in installments also.
