Over the past year has experienced rapid growth that has lead to a complete meltdown in operations that are no longer fit for purpose and make getting anything (hiring, procurement, reimbursements) done a constant struggle from the inside. Work life balance is non-existent and staff burn our rates are high and there is no management accountability.
