Working at RMC is like working with family! There are so many people here that genuinely care about each other. The flexibility - as a parent with young children - is priceless.It's so nice to work somewhere where they realize that there is life outside of the office! My co-workers & supervisors go out of their way to cover me if I need a day off. Management is extremely knowledgeable and can teach you a lot. I'm actually not sure how they fit so much random knowledge in their brains!

Salary is good, work on big projects and meet new people

communication is not good at all and benefits are not the best, work hours are long.
