Ventajas
RKD Group was a great place to learn and grow. I worked in the Digital Creative Department, which was devastatingly small (but growing) while I was there. The company really challenged me to find original, yet practical, solutions to meet tight deadlines and encouraged me to thrive outside of my comfort zone. The experience I gained was invaluable. The clients at RKD Group are wonderful -- even the toughest client has a powerful mission that makes you feel good about the work you're putting forward. And the RKD team is a group of genuinely talented, smart and all around great people who are all doing their best. Plus, if you work in Creative, you get to tell so many incredible stories that make it easy to be passionate about the work.
Desventajas
There's very little support, mentorship and work-life balance at RKD Group. This is a result of the company's heavy turnover in the digital department and aggressive sales efforts, which has stretched current employees very thin. Unfortunately, this has a very negative impact on every department and every team. While there are ample opportunities for growth in your first months/year at RKD, there seems to be a point where moving on is the only option for career growth.
