      Ventajas

      Decent salary, it's not the greatest, but definitely not the worst.

      Desventajas

      RK is the biggest con of working for RK Properties. He is condescending, and goes on tirades simply because he's in a bad mood. If I had to guess, I would say he's bipolar. The company doesn't always know enough about the markets they own communities in, which can be detrimental for a community.

      Ventajas

      Corporate really listens and supports you. They make you feel valued and important. They give you the tools you need to succeed. Good pay and opportunities for growth. They like to promote within. Great communication.

      Desventajas

      I honestly can't think of one at this time.
