      Ventajas

      RJM in Colorado paid well, and had great benefits. Also we worked on a wide variety of projects so there was great experience to be had.

      Desventajas

      They are no longer open in Colorado! Also we were short handed on most projects and did not have good technical support from the home office in Minnesota. My position was pitched as a long term position, yet they knew at the time that the office was in the process of being sold.

      Amazing salary and benefits along with internal company events.

      Desventajas

      Depends on your position. Be prepared to be micromanaged and possibly put on probation for something that couldn't be helped and no one will really listen to your thoughts.
