Ventajas

I joined RIVA from a large contractor to help them with their growth journey and transition from a small business. There is a great team of leaders here to work with that have a real focus on growth and making sure great company culture and employee focus is retained while transitioning into the next stage of the company's development. Great focus on work life balance and ensuring that they continue to have a strong collaborative environment

Desventajas

As a small business, there are challenges as they transition to being a larger organization

Desventajas
