Ventajas

RHP as a whole is genuinely one of the most welcoming, friendly, positive environments I have ever been part of. They're also amazingly flexible and fair with holiday and sickness. We are also given £15 a month towards our gym memberships, we also get paternity and maternity leave, bike loans, flu jabs and medical cover which are only a few of the many perks we are given by RHP.

Desventajas

RHP is a huge company so it takes a while to get to know everyone and remember their names!

Ventajas

Very supportive of employees, many perks. RHP is a rapidly growing company so there are growing pains but management and HR always have an open door to address concerns. Yes, some departments have more growth positions than others but all managers I've observed are fair and supportive. Pay and benefits are good from my vantage point of view.

Desventajas

With all growing companies, there are growing pains. A department may become overloaded while RHP adjusts to bring in more people. Nature of the double-edged sword. In my seven years there, I've seen nothing more effort to support employees.

Ventajas

Good coaching, support, flexibility, regular raises

Desventajas

They could standardize their "promote from within" policy. Some managers are great about it, others not so much.
