Ventajas
What positive things can be said of RGH can only be said of the employees. Most of the now dwindling staff are fun to work with, laid back, and understanding. RGH has some interesting tools, notably in the 3D projection field and have flirted with employing some known directors and talent.
Desventajas
- RGH missed pay something like 7 times between 2014 & 2015, the longest being for three months. During this time they inflicted layoffs (after openly assuring people their jobs were safe), dropped all employee's health insurance, and lied continuously about when payroll would be made. - It's 2016 and their at it again, failed to make payroll twice. Vendors are knocking down their door, and threatening to repo their property. More promises, more layoffs, more lies. - There are no projects in sight for RGH, no light on the horizon. Management in Amman (Jordan) continues to be aloof, and continues to lay on the same lies and half-truths as before. The company has shown no signs of correcting it's fundamental problems and continues see itself as a big player in the realm of cinema and themed entertainment (which it is not, at all, in any way)
