However, if they make a decision against you—whether internally or based on the recommendations of individuals close to the management team—their behavior can become extremely aggressive and even disrespectful. The high turnover rate is a major issue, and this management approach is one of the key reasons behind it. Additionally, depending on the project, there can be excessive pressure, further contributing to the constant staff changes. When they decide to let someone go, their approach is often far from professional, making the experience unpleasant. The leadership style and decision-making process are critical aspects to consider before joining this company. If stability and a professional work environment are important to you, this may not be the best option.
