Ventajas

You get paid a price per item that you collect depending on the type of job and mileage, which is usually just above minimum wage. Because I'm fast, I average 20-25 an hour on my jobs. If you're slow, you'll make less. Sometimes you can ask to just be paid hourly, but its usually around minimum wage. One of the pros is that you can do this very part time if you have another job. It's also flexible. You make your own hours. It's easy once you get the hang of it and start learning the stores. A lot of times you do the same jobs every single week, so you start getting fast at them because you're doing them over and over. The current manager for denver is a LOT better than past managers we have had.

Desventajas

No advancement opportunities, it can be a lot of physical work, the repetition in jobs gets boring sometimes, before covid, they raised the minimum hours from 15 (very manageable for a part time job) to 25 (now with covid its 10 hours, but that doesn't last forever) while they try to give you jobs near you, you are expected to work within a large radius of your house, so you can use quite a bit of mileage a year on your car--although they do pay you for mileage

Ventajas

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Desventajas

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
