-Culture, The ELLWELL team high energy and willingness to help -Leadership, I can Honestly say I did not have a single Team Leader that I did not absolutely love, From Site Leadership all the way down to Team Leadership -Training

Desventajas

-Pay, Fine for someone living with Mommy and Daddy, or a (2) income family. NOT if you are a single income family

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
