Ventajas

I had meaningful work that I enjoyed, with a team of wonderful people and an open collaborative culture. RDI did a lot to encourage my personal growth including putting me in the Bench Leadership program as soon as I expressed interest. There's lots of potential to grow if you reach for it. And the compensation gets a lot better with the bonus incentives that leadership will provide.

Desventajas

Pay is low and insurance benefits are expensive, you can find better compensation elsewhere.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.
