Ventajas

Company/Leadership is humble and willing to help whenever needed. I haven't been judged for asking for help. They really take time and invest in us, to make sure we are learning the information to help us succeed on the production floor.

Desventajas

Some downsides are some employees can be unprofessional. I have witnessed some bullying from agent to agent but also seen it happen when agents speak foul to some leadership figures. -Pay raise? (I am content with my current pay but due to some campaigns going through alot of changes and updates with short time to learn the new criteria I personally feel a pay raise would be a good thing in the near future.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
