Ventajas

The welcoming environment that feels when you enter, the different activities created every month, always design to make everyone feel included.

Desventajas

There are moments when agents ask and/or request information regarding of their performance or any other detail related to work; there have been occasions when an answer is not provided and/or is provided very late.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
