Ventajas

RDI as a whole is a company who is dedicated to providing the encouragement and support needed for the growth and development of each and every employee. The team members are exceptional individuals who care about each other, and is always willing to assist in any way needed. Cannot ask for a better place to be employed!!!

Desventajas

Sincerely difficult to list a con for RDI. Whenever any issue comes up, there is always attention given and resolution applied, which benefits the employees in as positive a way as possible.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
