Ventajas

I worked from home for the first 2 years. The campaign ended and now I have to commute on the bus for 90 days training on the new campaign.

Desventajas

It has been over 90 days and I still do not have a date on which I will be working from home.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
