Ventajas

Great atmospher Great coworkers Pays decent Great call center experience Free DIRECTV for some people They will try to help you if you're having trouble with anything

Desventajas

Not much room to advance. Some of management treat reps like peons. High expectations. They will point out your flaws and hardly ever tell you when you're doing good. Very repetitive, pretty boring work. Not for someone who freezes on rejection.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
