Ventajas

This company allows you to work from home depending on which campaign you work for. They are always involving the employees in things and events. It's very different from other call centers I've worked for. They actually make you feel special, and have someone there for you if you ever need anyone to talk too.. Very polite and organized.

Desventajas

I have no cons for this company

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
