Ventajas

The job by it's self is a good job.

Desventajas

Poor facility cleanliness. Boogers and vomit on bathroom walls for extended days. Missing hardware on all stalls to lock stalls properly. No assigned desks first come first serve you must share headset's. Yes, even during covid.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
