Good people and willing to collaborate with one another from different departments and compensation level is fair. Also, the size is smaller than most investment banks so you can see and learn more.
Desventajas
New CFO in NY about a decade ago has changed professional work environment to mafia house. Controller/Assistant controller and many good people all left and vacancies were filled with his favorites flatterer based on friendship rather than professional work skills. Current management is very political, conniving and lacks ethical value. Innocent becomes convicted and wrongdoers get praised as long as they whisper into management's ear. Always remember, good professional people surround a great leader, but political, flatterers surround a dictator.
