Ventajas

Pay about average. Okay-ish insurance.

Desventajas

Could be a great place to work. Unfortunately, morale is low. Trust is in low supply. Relationship between management and union/workforce has a LOT of room for improvement. There are managers who try, but it's not enough to right the ship. Holidays and vacation time are scarce. There are family members I have not seen in a year.

Ventajas

La empresa se ha esforzado por impulsar un cambio cultural y un mayor compromiso durante los últimos años, y esto se está notando en todo el país. Se observa una menor rotación de personal, mejores índices de compromiso, mejores registros de seguridad y una moral general más alta. Hay un bajo ego en los puestos de liderazgo y los ejecutivos están siempre disponibles para los empleados.

Desventajas

A veces, el cambio es difícil. Dado que la empresa ha crecido tanto en los últimos cinco años, está en constante cambio.

Ventajas

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

Desventajas

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
