      Ventajas

      Nothing to say ! They pay you for adding a 5 star review

      Desventajas

      Everything! Right from the CEO and VP, they play good cop and bad cop. They don’t care in how much you work. Also the guys working have pseudo names and cheat the clients. If we don’t agree with their thoughts you are fired. HR has no control over here. Any complains will not be taken seriously and will route back to us saying that’s our fault. CEO is the problem

      Ventajas

      I’ve been working at RADcube for 2 years as a software engineer. The culture is positive, managers are approachable, and you get chances to work on different projects that really help you grow. Work–life balance is good, and the team is supportive.

      Desventajas

      All good in my experience.
