Where to begin! TERRIBLE CULTURE. Bullies for a leadership team who have no idea what they're doing. You'll be given tasks with no goals, metrics for success or KPIs and be expected to still provide an incredible outcome. No work-life balance. The company is pushing for staff to come back full time, despite what they say online. Ironically, RACV talks a lot about mental health externally (including donating to charities), but the staff writing the comms and marketing materials about this are crying and losing sleep.
