Ventajas
Commission structures and bonuses are easy to hit once you have worked for a couple months. Fast pace and there is always something to do. Everyday is different. Pay is good for the job role. Free hot drinks Cafe and food served every week day including hot food. Free Parking on site All the seniors and managers are lovely and very supportive. There are many incentives and party's for hard work and hitting targets. Lovely modern office and its always clean and toilets are nice. Good equipment and work space when working.
Desventajas
Work life balance, you can work 6 day weeks as the rotas run Saturday to Saturday. Late shifts every other week and working every other Saturday and every 4 Sundays (but never a Saturday and Sunday) It can be very stressful hitting targets are sometimes you can just get unlucky as targets are based on saving people. Not many career opportunities.
