Ventajas
I would say that the RAC is the place where you can find the real support from everyone. The day i joined the RAC i was little bit scared but all the management, colleagues and seniors are such a cooperative team and now i can say that if RAC offers me seven days in a week i would happily accept it.
Desventajas
The only cons i would say that the location a i have to take two buses other than that i haven't find any cons yet and never will i surely.
