Ventajas

Teams call just before we started was a good ice breaker before we started the role as it gave us a chance to meet our trainer(s) beforehand and also a breakdown of how the training weeks would go.

Desventajas

The pre-employments checks I had to fill out three times and kept chasing the recruitment team for updates if they had received it but was met with no replies. Also was chased for bank details when I had already provided them previously.
