Ventajas

The people are great and really do care, the job is stressful and at times frustrating, but the benefits being on a long term contract are really good, Holidays, bonus, SIck Pay, Long service bonuses and pension is great, i've worked for this company for more of my life than i haven't so they must be doing something right

Desventajas

the push on phone stats restricts the ability to help a lot of the time which is frustrating if you really want to help people.
