      Entertaining to see how cowboys do business Complimentary snacks Music in office Decent pay (on the surface) - they have to compensate staff adequately for putting up with working there

      Desventajas

      This company has a terrible reputation within the technology industry, and for good reason. No values / strategy. Toxic ‘leadership’ made up of a group of chauvinistic bullies. Will do anything in order to attempt to win business. Nothing makes any sense or is what it seems at this place. Its an absolute trainwreck and a surprise that they are still operating

      Ventajas

      City location, try hard people. The engineers are talented.

      Desventajas

      Small company of 25 people. Toxic masculinity with house music played in the office all day. They think they are a lot better than they are. They got their corporate values from ChatGPT but don't actually abide by them. They don't have a strategy and pretty much live day-to-day. They employ people between jobs or down on their luck, otherwise no one would work for them if they had the choice. They don't have a great reputation if you ask around enough. Sacked 3 people on one day in November 2025 due to the business pipeline shrinking. Then more people left of their own volition shortly afterwards due to toxicity. Not great prospects for potential employees, cannot recommend them.
