No time given to work - often loaded up beyond realistic workloads, even considering it's an industry that still wears the "I pulled an all-nighter" badge. If you're quiet and like to consider things instead of shooting from the hip don't join. If you challenge ideas, you're labelled as negative. If someone who's visa depends on their job to be able to stay in the country, leaves without having a job to go to, you know there are serious problems.
