Lots of middle management. No clear path for promotions, need to pave your own way.

Ventajas

Amazing culture, flexibility, and management treats you like an adult. You are really trusted to get your work done and people are not condescending. Overall people are very healthy. Hybrid work schedule, but they actually don’t care if you come in or not gives you a lot of opportunity for professional growth and personal growth because you’re not burnt out.

Desventajas

Zero. People complain about the pay but given how flexible they are it balances out.
