Ventajas
Team work in a real sense. Very good people to work with, they will groom you technically and get introduced to the product very well. In house frameworks are easy to understand and implement features in. Many companies i have worked with did not had clear feature requirements but here is clarity on what exactly need to be implemented, that really helps to deliver on time. Newly established in India so process wise it will take sometime to get things in place. Check for the product and technogies you will be getting to work with before saying yes to this organisation. Good work life balance.
Desventajas
you might not get to work on new technologies. salary range provided for some positions are less compared to market. use of in house frameworks might become an obstacle in your next switch. if you resign, nobody cares. won't try to retain you. it will make you feel like you were getting paid for doing nothing.
