Not possible to explain. How bad employer here is let me try though. 1. Here Hiring and firing rule works. They will mostly try to hire freshers at 10-12K salary. They'll ask them to work for 12-16 hours a day. After 2+ years. They'll say company is not doing good so that we have to fire you. Then they'll again hire freshers and this cycle continues. 2. They'll eat your PF contribution and TAX as well. Let me tell you how. They will either not do any PF payment or they'll do partial payment. Coming to tax they never pay tax but they'll keep saying I am deducting TDS for your TAXES. One way to check is to ask for FORM-16 from your employer. It would contain all the details for your tax payments by your employer. 3. Work life balance. There is no work life balance in this company. They'll ask you to work late night then for customer issues even saturday-sunday some times and for that you'll get free food that is all :D 4. I must say what work they are squeezing from freshers(or any employees) worth in lakhs in the market. 5. If you have no other option then only work in this company and with 1 year of experience find another good job somewhere else. 6. They will give you oppurtunity to work on multiple things but quality of work is like school project here. That is the main reason why this company always struggle with sales. 7. After firing company promises to pay you for next 2 months as notice period and you dont have to come to work from tomorrow. But they never pay for those 2 month. You are on your own bro. ETC ETC whatever I say is even less. Here Employer is full of politics and zero knowledge about how to run a company or build a quality project.
